2018 Snoozefest Huzzah
We're for girls. Snoozefest Huzzah aims to allow all girls to explore medieval activities in a fun and unique environment. They will develop their confidence and independence while creating lasting memories and making friends with other Girl Guides from across the state.

Snoozefest Huzzah is Girl Guides Victoria's annual outdoors sleepover for Guides aged 9-17 and their Leaders. In 2018, it will be held at Kryal Castle near Ballarat. Huzzah!

REGISTRATIONS ARE NOW OPEN FOR SUCCESSFUL ADULT APPLICANTS. 

If you are a successful adult applicant, please register below and chose the transport option if desired. Please note that group transport costs $26. Only successful adult applicants will be able to register.

Registrations are now closed for youth members aged 9-17. Youth registrations closed on Wednesday 4 April.

Leaders wishing to attend must express their interest with this online form. Leader Expressions of Interest closed at 5.00 pm on Friday 6 April.

Before registration, please download and read the Snoozefest Event Information Booklet and the Snoozefest Leaders Information form the Snoozefest event post on the website.

Activity Selection:
In the questions below, you will have the opportunity to select one of four optional 'classes':
- Baloon Art: Enhance your jester skills by learning the art of balloon twisting.
- Bracelet Making: Create your very own royal jewels by making a bracelet fit for a princess.
- Bath Bombs: Relax and soak up the fragrance of your very own homemade bath bomb.
- Potion Making: Explore the arts of a wizard with fun scientific experiments.

Group Transport Option:
The event committee will organise a supervised Group Transport option from Southern Cross Station to Kryal Castle and back, dependent on demand. Please select below if your Guide will require this option, and pay for it during the online registration process. The cost of Group Transport is $26. For more details, please read the Event Information Booklet.

For youth registrations, please remember to update your Guide's health details with Girl Guides Victoria. After clicking the orange 'Register Myself' button, a series of additional questions will appear. These must be answered for registration to be completed.

A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS RUN BY GIRL GUIDES VICTORIA
(As at October 2011)
  • If the event is cancelled by Girl Guides Victoria, a full refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event at least one month prior to the closing date for applications, a 90% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event less than one month before the closing date for applications, a 50% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event after the closing date for applications, no refund will be given.
You may apply for special consideration in exceptional circumstances. Such requests should be addressed to the Database Manager at Girl Guides Victoria.
