Eastern Region Camp 2019 - Guides aged 14-17
A camp in which Guides from Eastern Region aged 14-17 can choose their own adventure, tailoring activities to suit their interests with a chance to put their strengths towards something they really enjoy.

Eastern Region are holding a camp celebrating all things GIRL POWER!

WHEN: Tuesday 9 April - Sunday 14 April 2019

WHERE: Gilwell Park Scout Camp, 2555 Gembrook Launching Place Road, Gembrook

COST: $270. As there is less than one month until registrations close, camp fees can no longer be paid by installment and must be paid in full.

Activities:
Upon registering, please select the ‘camp’ that you would like to do at Eastern Region Camp 2019 (STEM camp; outdoor camp; handy woman camp; OR performing arts camp) by clicking ‘ADD’ next to your camp of choice below.

HOW TO REGISTER: There are three different age groups available to register for: 5-9, 10-13, and 14-17. Each age group is a different event on the Girl Guides Victoria website. Registrations have been extended and now close 4 March 2019.

Before registering, please ensure that you have read the Information Booklet. This contains important details about camp, and also includes the kit list of what to pack!

To register, please click the orange 'Register Myself' button below. Select your registration option, then youth members will also be asked to confirm their health details. Don’t forget to choose your camp! Finally, click the orange 'Proceed to checkout' button at the bottom of this page. You will receive an automated confirmation email once registered.

A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS RUN BY GIRL GUIDES VICTORIA
(As at October 2011)
  • If the event is cancelled by Girl Guides Victoria, a full refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event at least one month prior to the closing date for applications, a 90% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event less than one month before the closing date for applications, a 50% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event after the closing date for applications, no refund will be given.
You may apply for special consideration in exceptional circumstances. Such requests should be addressed to the Database Manager at Girl Guides Victoria.
