At Lady Stradbroke Cup you will camp with a Patrol from your Unit and meet new friends from across the State!

In your Patrol you get to plan your own menu, set up your campsite, learn new gadgets, and improve your camping skills! 

This event is for Guides 10-17 and their Leaders. There will be two sections: one for girls aged 10-14 and another for those aged 14-17. You must attend this event with a Patrol from your Unit, so please discuss this with your Unit Leader before registering. 

Who: Guides 10 - 17years + Leaders
When: 5pm Friday October 21st - 2pm Sunday October 23rd 
Where: Lingbogol Guides Camp, Creswick
Cost: $80 per Guide (Plus each Patrol will need to organise and pay for their own food).

Registrations for Guides & Leaders close: Monday October 3rd at 11:59pm.

In addition to registering online, each Patrol must submit a Patrol Registration Form and Patrol Equipment Hire list by Friday October 7th. 

It is a requirement that every Patrol registered for camp needs to attend with one adult member of Girl Guides Victoria to assist with activities and assessment. This adult does not need to be a qualified Unit Leader, but must attend for the full duration of camp.

How to register:
- Log in as the Girl Guide member attending Lady Stradbroke Cup, then click the orange 'Register Myself' button below, and select your registration type.
- You will be presented with a series of additional questions. Please save after answering. Youth members will need to review their health details. Save if you make any changes.
- For payment, click the orange 'Proceed to checkout' button at the bottom of this page to pay. Payment is required to secure your registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS RUN BY GIRL GUIDES VICTORIA
(As at October 2011)
  • If the event is cancelled by Girl Guides Victoria, a full refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event at least one month prior to the closing date for applications, a 90% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event less than one month before the closing date for applications, a 50% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event after the closing date for applications, no refund will be given.
You may apply for special consideration in exceptional circumstances. Such requests should be addressed to the Database Manager at Girl Guides Victoria.
