Saturday May 27, 9am for 9:45am start
Sunday May 28, from 9am

Registration options & pricing: To offer you a weekend that best suits your interests, availability and time, the following options are available. Please carefully consult the Event Information Booklet for the registration options and its inclusions. 

Registrations costs do not include accommodation, travel or drinks with the Saturday evening dinner (as applicable). 

Where:
Saturday - Moonee Valley Racecourse
Sunday - Pascoe Vale Guide Hall OR offsite adventure location

Accommodation: Please refer back to the Event Information Booklet

Transport: 
By tram, by train, by bus. Please consult the PTV website to plan your route.
Some general suggestions have been made in the Event Information Booklet. Disabled car parking is available.

How to register:

- Log into your Guides profile, then click the orange 'Register Myself' button below, and carefully select your registration package. 
- You will be presented with a series of additional questions which need to be answered. Please save after answering.
- For payment/complete checkout, click the orange 'Proceed to checkout' button at the bottom of this page to pay.
- ADD (as applicable) your workshops and activity preferences. Consult the instructions below. 
Carefully check you have the correct registration type and activity/workshop items for both days (where applicable) before proceeding to the shopping cart. 
- Payment is required to secure your registration.
- You will shortly receive an automated email confirmation.
If you do not receive a confirmation, you likely have NOT successfully completed the registration process. 


WORKSHOP/ACTIVITY INSTRUCTIONS
Saturday: 

Workshops AM & PM

** You are able to select 1 workshop in both the AM & PM sessions. 
Remember to select the blue button next to the workshop you wish to attend.
If you do not wish to attend a workshop, please  'I do not wish to attend a workshop.'
Once added, you will see next to the item.  

Sunday: Pascoe Vale Guide Hall
 
** Please select your prefered workshop/s in the drop down menu within the registrations questions. 

Sunday: Offsite Adventures
 
** You are able to select 1 offsite adventure
Remember to select the blue button next to option you wish to attend.
Once added, you will see next to the item.

A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS RUN BY GIRL GUIDES VICTORIA
(As at October 2011)
  • If the event is cancelled by Girl Guides Victoria, a full refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event at least one month prior to the closing date for applications, a 90% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event less than one month before the closing date for applications, a 50% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event after the closing date for applications, no refund will be given.
You may apply for special consideration in exceptional circumstances. Such requests should be addressed to the Database Manager at Girl Guides Victoria.
