Welcome to Farrow Cup 2024.
The ultimate All Adult Patrol Camp!!

Come join in the fun of 'Travel through Time' and pick your decade to camp in! 

WHO | All Victorian Guiding Adults
WHEN | Friday March 15 - Sunday 17
WHERE | Britannia Park, Wesburn
COST | $55 for participants. 
No cost for assessors. 

WHAT | In 2024 there are 3 options for participation:

COMPETITION CAMPING - experience a stradbroke style camp for adults
SOCIAL CAMPING - come and join in the environment with a social aspect, take the chance to learn from other leaders or just enjoy being together
ASSESSORS FOR COMPETITION CAMPING - assessors are required to help assess campsites and meals of the competition camping component. 

CHOOSE AN SATURDAY AFTERNOON ACTIVITY |
Please note that the Flying Fox and Tower Climbing activities running will be dependant on numbers, so sign up early! 

There are 4 activity options to choose from: 
- Flying Fox ($18)
- Tower Climbing ($18)
- Challenge Valley & Orienteering (self directed - no cost)
- Chill out/social/no structured activitiy (self directed away from campsite - no cost) 

Please be sure to read the Event Information Booklet & Camping Tips Booklet prior to registering.
Don't forget to complete the Patrol Registration & Equipment Form by Tuesday Feb 27.   

HOW TO REGISTER |
- Log in, click the orange  button below.
- Select your registration option - Adult Participant or Adult Assessor.
- You will be presented with a series of additional questions. Please . 
-  your chosen activity, as shown below. 
- To complete registration, click the orange  button at the bottom of this page.
- Payment is required to secure your registration.



Please note - We are continuing to experience issues with our automatic registration confirmation email system. To confirm if you have successfully registered, please return to your profile home, and select the small 'events' tab. Current and historical registrations will appear here. The 'view invoice' function is also currently experiencing issues. 
If you require a copy of the invoice, please email events@guidesvic.org.au, stating which event you wish to receive an invoice for.

A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS RUN BY GIRL GUIDES VICTORIA
(As at October 2011)
  • If the event is cancelled by Girl Guides Victoria, a full refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event at least one month prior to the closing date for applications, a 90% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event less than one month before the closing date for applications, a 50% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event after the closing date for applications, no refund will be given.
You may apply for special consideration in exceptional circumstances. Such requests should be addressed to the Database Manager at Girl Guides Victoria.
