Calling all North West Region Guides!
PLEASE NOTE : This event is ONLY for GGV members in the North West Region. If you register and are not in this region, we will promptly issue a refund and retract the registration. Thankyou for your understanding. 

Are you ready for a terrific weekend at Britannia Park with all your Guiding friends? 

Please read the event information booklet (colour) or event information booklet (B&W) in full prior to registering.

Youth - $110
Youth optional to/from Brit Park bus - $50
Adults - $30

Registrations must close Monday April 8 at 11:59pm.

HOW TO REGISTER |
- Log in as the Guide attending the event, then click the orange  button below.
- Select your registration option. 
- You will be presented with a series of additional questions, including your Pathway of Adventure preference for the weekend. These are preference selections only and will depend on final numbers. 


- Please . Youth members will need to confirm their health details.
- If you wish to utilise the provided transportation, please  your Bus add-on. Please be sure to select the correct LOCATION. If you need to change your pickup/dropoff location after you have completed your registration, please email events@guidesvic.org.au

- Payment is required to secure your registration.

A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS RUN BY GIRL GUIDES VICTORIA
(As at October 2011)
  • If the event is cancelled by Girl Guides Victoria, a full refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event at least one month prior to the closing date for applications, a 90% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event less than one month before the closing date for applications, a 50% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event after the closing date for applications, no refund will be given.
You may apply for special consideration in exceptional circumstances. Such requests should be addressed to the Database Manager at Girl Guides Victoria.
