Join us for a night with as much fun crammed in as possible with your 14-29 aged Guiding friends from around Victoria ! Activities include Laser Tag, movies, board games, arcade games and snacks!

WHO | 14+yrs & Olaves
(Non-participating Olaves places have now been filled, but still plenty of participating places)

WHEN | Saturday April 20 8pm - Sunday April 21 8am
WHERE | Meet at 3rd Ballarat Scout Hall
Laser Tag venue Ballarat Indoor Go-Karts & Laserforce
TRANSPORT | Drop off at the Scout Hall, or inform the Commitee if you will be at the train station. Leaders will drive Guides to the Laser Tag venue in private vehicles, or by bus if there are enough participants.

If catching the train please get the train leaving Southern Cross at 6:14pm and arriving at Ballarat at 7:43pm. Times TBC closer to the event.
Train from Ballarat Station at 7:59am arriving at Southern Cross at 9:25am. Times TBC closer to the event in case of timetable changed.

- Payment is required to secure your registration.

A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS RUN BY GIRL GUIDES VICTORIA
(As at October 2011)
  • If the event is cancelled by Girl Guides Victoria, a full refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event at least one month prior to the closing date for applications, a 90% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event less than one month before the closing date for applications, a 50% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event after the closing date for applications, no refund will be given.
You may apply for special consideration in exceptional circumstances. Such requests should be addressed to the Database Manager at Girl Guides Victoria.
