What | 
A state-wide sleepover for our youngest Girl Guides at TwistED Science®! Guides will enjoy interactive exhibits, games and experiences formed with friendly materials, bursts of colour, and captivating designs. All the ingredients necessary to have the most epic time with their Guiding friends!

Who | 
Girl Guides aged 5-10 (at the time of the event). 

Leaders wishing to attend must fill out this Expression of Interest form - due Thursday May 16. 
Adult places are limited, and will be allocated once youth registrations have closed.
Adult online registrations will open from Friday May 17. 

When | 
Saturday 1 (4:45pm) - Sunday 2 June (9:00am)

$120 for Youth members
$30 for selected Leaders
Includes: TwistED Science® entry, all activities, accommodation, dinner, supper, breakfast & some surprise goodies!!

Registration options include: 
- Full payment upon registration
- 50% deposit upon registration & 50% balance due 2 weeks prior to the event (Friday May 17) . This offer will only be available for selection until Monday April 22nd, and is non-refundable. **

HOW TO REGISTER |
A step-by-step registration Guide is also at the back of the information booklet.
- Log in as the Guide attending the event, then click the orange  button below. If you have multiple children, you will need to register them seperately in their individual profiles. 
- Select your registration option. For Youth, select either Pay in Full or, Pay Deposit registration option (available only until Monday April 22nd)  
- You will be presented with a series of additional questions. Please . Youth members will need to confirm their health details.
- To complete registration, click the orange  button at the bottom of this page.
- Payment is required to secure your registration.

** For those utilising the Deposit/Balance option, please see the final page in the information booklet for instructions on how to complete your balance payment. You will also be sent a reminder 1 week prior to the final balance being due.

A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS RUN BY GIRL GUIDES VICTORIA
(As at October 2011)
  • If the event is cancelled by Girl Guides Victoria, a full refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event at least one month prior to the closing date for applications, a 90% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event less than one month before the closing date for applications, a 50% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event after the closing date for applications, no refund will be given.
You may apply for special consideration in exceptional circumstances. Such requests should be addressed to the Database Manager at Girl Guides Victoria.
