Welcome to Snoozefest 2024!
We're excited to welcome you to the 20th Anniversary of holding Snoozefest at Luna Park!

When | 5:30pm Saturday August 24 - 8:30am Sunday August 25
Who | Girl Guides aged 10 - 17 at the time of event + Leaders
Where | Luna Park Melbourne, St Kilda
18 Lower Esplanade, St Kilda VIC 3182

Cost for Girl Guides (10-17) | 
$120 per Girl Guide - includes entry, rides, other fun activities, dinner, breakfast & event badge! 
Registration options include: 
- Full payment upon registration
- 50% deposit upon registration & 50% balance due 2 weeks prior to the event (Friday August 9). This offer will only be available for selection until 9am Tuesday July 9, and is non-refundable. **

** For those utilising the Deposit/Balance option, please see the final page in the information booklet for instructions on how to complete your balance payment. You will also be sent a reminder 1 week prior to the final balance being due. 

Cost for Leaders | 
$20, and an optional $30 extra for leaders who want to enjoy the rides! 

Registrations close Monday July 22 @ 11:59pm, or sooner if the event reaches capacity.

Leaders should read the Leaders Information Booklet as well.
Both documents include important details about how Snoozefest 2024 will run.  

HOW TO REGISTER |
CURRENT GGV MEMBERS
- Log in as the Guide attending the event, then click the orange  button below. 
- Youth - select either Pay in Full, or Pay Deposit registration options
- You will be presented with a series of additional questions. Please . Youth members will need to confirm their health details.  
- To complete registration, click the orange  button at the bottom of this page. 
- Please double check your final shopping cart total
- Some form of payment is required to secure your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your registration has likely NOT been successful. 


NON-GGV MEMBERS |

Create an account by following the 'Create a new account for non-members' as shown


- Log in using your newly created account details.
- Click the orange  button below. 
- Select 'Non-member Carer' registration type
- You will be presented with a series of additional questions. Please .  
- To complete registration, click the orange  button at the bottom of this page. 
- Payment is required to secure your registration.

A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS RUN BY GIRL GUIDES VICTORIA
(As at October 2011)
  • If the event is cancelled by Girl Guides Victoria, a full refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event at least one month prior to the closing date for applications, a 90% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event less than one month before the closing date for applications, a 50% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event after the closing date for applications, no refund will be given.
You may apply for special consideration in exceptional circumstances. Such requests should be addressed to the Database Manager at Girl Guides Victoria.
