Unit Leadership Qualification Training - South Australia
Training for Unit Leader-Not-Yet-Qualified. This training is being jointly run by Girl Guides South Australia and Girl Guides Victoria.

Please note that the times for the training are South Australian times. South Australia is half an hour behind Victoria.

Leadership Qualification is ONE DAY only, with the expectation that participants will have completed the following eGuiding modules PRIOR to coming to training, unless Recognition of Prior Learning has been given:

• Guiding Orientation
• Facilitating the Girl Experience
• Leadership in the Unit
• Girl Recognition System
• Risk Awareness
• CSCF modules

This training will focus on the practical application of prior knowledge and/or knowledge gained from the eGuiding modules. Please ensure you bring your Leadership Qualification Passport with you.

A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS RUN BY GIRL GUIDES VICTORIA
(As at October 2011)
  • If the event is cancelled by Girl Guides Victoria, a full refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event at least one month prior to the closing date for applications, a 90% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event less than one month before the closing date for applications, a 50% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event after the closing date for applications, no refund will be given.
You may apply for special consideration in exceptional circumstances. Such requests should be addressed to the Database Manager at Girl Guides Victoria.
