Looking to be a Mentor? Wanting to be re-appointed as a Mentor? This training is for you!!

The Online Mentor Training is suitable for Leaders & Managers who have been qualified for 2+ years, wanting to support a new Leader or Manager in gaining their Leadership/Management Qualification.

Mentor Training provides skills in coaching, active listening and questioning, and how to support new Leaders or Managers in gaining their Qualification. Learn more about the role here. 

Because Mentor Training (previously Learning Partner) has not run in over 12 months, and there have been significant changes in this role, beyond the name change, we are asking every Mentor interested in continuing in this role to join a training to ensure you have the latest information.

Only one session required
Monday 6 March: 7:30 – 9:30pm
Tuesday 28 March: 7:30 – 9:30pm
Wednesday 31 May: 7:30 – 9:30pm
Saturday 19 August: 10:00am – 12:00pm
Monday 16 October: 7:30 – 9:30pm

Where: Zoom (link provided prior to training session)
Who: Leaders & Managers who have been qualified for 2+ years; and existing Learning Partners.

- Payment is required to secure your registration. (For events that do not have a cost, you still must proceed to final checkout.)

A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS RUN BY GIRL GUIDES VICTORIA
(As at October 2011)
  • If the event is cancelled by Girl Guides Victoria, a full refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event at least one month prior to the closing date for applications, a 90% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event less than one month before the closing date for applications, a 50% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event after the closing date for applications, no refund will be given.
You may apply for special consideration in exceptional circumstances. Such requests should be addressed to the Database Manager at Girl Guides Victoria.
