These Virtual Girl Guide Meetings are especially for our youth members who are unable to attend their regular in-person Girl Guide meeting.

Welcome to Guides Online for Term 2! 

Did you join us in Term 1? It's great to see you back! 
Are you joining us for the first time? Then a big warm welcome, we hope you have lots of fun with some new online Guiding friends! 

In 2023, we're offering registration for the entire Term, rather than week by week. See below for what theme's we have on offer!! 
You can register at any point throughout the term***, and you will receive the registration link each Wednesday morning. 

***WE WOULD APPRECIATE ANY REGISTRATIONS ONCE TERM HAS COMMENCED, TO BE DONE BY THE WEDNESDAY BY 9AM***

When: Wednesday evenings - April 26 - June 21
Time: 6:30 - 8pm
Where: Zoom. Link will be sent to event registrants prior to each session. 

What do we have planned this Term??: 
The theme's for Term 2 2023 are: 

26 April - ANZAC Day
Honor the bravery and sacrifice of our ANZACs with our Saluting Their Service Resource. Test your knowledge with our ANZAC Day Trivia game and remember those who fought for our freedom.

3 May - Mother's Day
Spoil your mom this Mother's Day with a heartfelt handmade gift or card. Join us for a fun game of "Who Knows Mom Best?" quiz and celebrate the special bond between moms and daughters.

10 May - Dragon Night
Get ready for a magical night of dragon mythology and creativity! Learn about dragons, create dragon crafts, and participate in our Dragon-themed scavenger hunt game. Don't miss out on the fun!

17 May - Plants and Gardening
Explore the beauty of nature and create your own recycled container garden. Learn about different plants and their uses in Bush Tucker, and test your knowledge with our Plant identification challenge game.

24 May - Wellness Night
Take a break from the daily hustle and bustle with our Wellness Night. Enjoy a pamper night with self-care, skincare, nails, crystals, and yoga. Try out our Yoga Pose Cards and participate in our Yoga challenge game. Let's unwind together!

31 May - New Food Night
Get ready for a night of adventure and taste exploration! Join us for New Food Night and try out different global cuisines. Test your knowledge with our Kahoot food quiz game and discover new flavors.

7 June - Drone and Aeroplane Night
Explore the fascinating world of aviation with our Drone and Aeroplane Night. Learn about the DragonFly Drone team and participate in our Paper airplane competition game. Get ready for takeoff!

14 June - Where We Are From
Celebrate the diversity of our Guiding community and explore different countries with our Around the World Resource PDF. Test your knowledge with our World flag identification game and learn about different cultures.

21 June - Lego Night
Get ready for a night of creativity and fun with our Lego Night! Special presentation by a LEGO expert, and participate in our Lego building challenge game. Don't miss out on the building fun!

How to register:
- Log into your/your Guides profile, then click the orange 'Register Myself' button below, and select your registration type (if applicable). 
- To complete checkout, click the orange button at the bottom of the page (For events that do not have a cost, you still must proceed to final checkout.) 
- You will shortly receive an automated email confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation, you likely have NOT successfully completed the registration process.

A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS RUN BY GIRL GUIDES VICTORIA
(As at October 2011)
  • If the event is cancelled by Girl Guides Victoria, a full refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event at least one month prior to the closing date for applications, a 90% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event less than one month before the closing date for applications, a 50% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event after the closing date for applications, no refund will be given.
You may apply for special consideration in exceptional circumstances. Such requests should be addressed to the Database Manager at Girl Guides Victoria.
