Yellow Ladybugs Online Conference 2024

Would you like to gain a better understanding on how to support and celebrate the learning and wellbeing needs of Autistic girls, women and gender diverse individuals? 
GGV would like to invite you to take part in the Yellow Ladybugs 2024 Conference.

We'd love you to take advantage of GGV's Group ticket. You can read more about the Conference here: Yellow Ladybugs Conference 2024 (vfairs.com)

Who | All Victorian Guiding adults and GGV Youth parents/guardians/carers. 
If you are a parent/guardian/carer who is NOT currently a GGV member, you will still need to register. Follow the instructions at the bottom for how to create a profile and complete the event registration. 

When | The Conference runs online June 18 - 20.

After registering, and prior to the event, you will receive the relevant access information. This will allow you to participate in as much or little as you like throughout the Conference.

Where | This registration allows online only access ** to the conference and its content for 90 post event (late August).
Cost | There is no cost to register through GGV.

** Note | If you wish to attend Day 3 in person, you will need to purchase your own Conference ticket. GGV's group ticket does NOT include in person Day 3 attendance.

A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS RUN BY GIRL GUIDES VICTORIA
(As at October 2011)
  • If the event is cancelled by Girl Guides Victoria, a full refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event at least one month prior to the closing date for applications, a 90% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event less than one month before the closing date for applications, a 50% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event after the closing date for applications, no refund will be given.
You may apply for special consideration in exceptional circumstances. Such requests should be addressed to the Database Manager at Girl Guides Victoria.
