Currently undertaking the Queen's Guide Award or thinking about enrolling, and want to learn where it can take you? Or perhaps wanting to learn more about what the Queen's Guide Award is? This is the session for you to ask all your questions!

Join Erin our Queen's Guide Co-Ordinator, for an informative session about all aspects of the program, including the Award Syllabus and Google Classroom. 

An open forum/Q&A opportunity will conclude the session also, so don't forget to list any questions you might have in the registration process, to help guide the discussion. 

WHEN | Tuesday 20 August
TIME | 7:30pm - 8:30pm approx. 
WHERE | Online. An access link will be distributed to registrants on the afternoon of the Information Session, from events@guidesvic.org.au. 
Please save that email adddress to help prevent it going to spam/junk/promotions. 

WHO | The session is open to both our current Guiding families and Leaders, as well as prospected families, youth & adults. Everyone is welcome! 

HOW TO REGISTER | 
CURRENT GGV MEMBERS
- Log into your/your Guides profile, then click the orange 'Register Myself' button below.
- Complete the registration questions. 
- To complete checkout, click the orange button at the bottom of the page (For events that do not have a cost, you still must proceed to final checkout.)

NON-GGV MEMBERS
*If you have previously attended another online information session or perhaps one of our Holiday Programs before, please utilise those login details. DO NOT create a new account. 

Create an account by following the 'Create a new account for non-members' as shown


- Log in using your newly created account details.
- Click the orange  button below. 
- Complete the registration questions. 
- To complete checkout, click the orange button at the bottom of the page (For events that do not have a cost, you still must proceed to final checkout.)

A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS RUN BY GIRL GUIDES VICTORIA
(As at October 2011)
  • If the event is cancelled by Girl Guides Victoria, a full refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event at least one month prior to the closing date for applications, a 90% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event less than one month before the closing date for applications, a 50% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event after the closing date for applications, no refund will be given.
You may apply for special consideration in exceptional circumstances. Such requests should be addressed to the Database Manager at Girl Guides Victoria.
