Welcome to Snoozerella 2026!

This event was originally due to be held at AFL Max. Due to circumstances beyond our control, Snoozerella 2026 will now be held at Urban Camp. We are excited to explore the new location and cannot wait for you all to join us.

Due to the change in location, we now have limited capacity. Therefore, we encourage you to register quickly to avoid missing out. All those already booked onto the event will keep their space and have already been emailed.

Snoozerella

Snoozerella is a fun overnight sleepover-style event. It gives Guides the chance to enjoy games, crafts, and themed activities while experiencing an overnight camp in a safe and supportive environment. Snoozerella helps Guides build confidence, make new friends, and enjoy the adventure of a shared sleepover with other members from around Victoria.

At Urban Camp, Guides will enjoy a range of activities from fun active skills and movement to craft games followed by a movie night and snacks before settling down to a sleepover in dormitory style rooms.

We are delighted to be welcoming FunFit who will be hosting an amazing Circus Skills workshop!

Important Note: You don’t need to go with Guides and Leaders from your Unit - anyone is welcome to come!

COST | $160 for GGV Youth Registrants, $55 for GGV Adult Volunteers and Olaves

GGV Events Cancellation Policy

As at 4 December 2024

If the event has no cost, please cancel your registration via email to [email protected]
If the event is cancelled by Girl Guides Victoria, and has a cost, a full refund will be given.
For events with a deposit/balance option, the deposit is non-refundable.
If you withdraw from the event at least one month prior to the closing date for registrations, a 90% refund will be given.
If you withdraw from the event less than one month before the closing date for registrations, a 50% refund will be given.
For events with optional add-ons, such as buses/transport, accommodation, merchandise, meals etc, specific Cancellation Policies will be stipulated for each relevant event. See below or the event information booklet.
If you withdraw from the event after the closing date for registrations, no refund will be given.
