Region Revels is a Region activity date planned by the State Program Team for Guides of all ages (5-17).
"Revels", which means to take part in noisy festivities, is something of a Guiding Tradition. Many years ago, Revels were days when Guides gathered for games, activities and fun. And you can't deny that getting a region's worth of Guides together will be anything short of noisy festivities!
Some of the activities you can get involved in on the day include;
- Creativity corner
- Theatre sports
- Water challenge
- Robot centre
Want to help on the day?
The Region Revels planning team will arrive in the morning with everything that is needed for the day and will set up the activity stops. Each activity stop has all the equipment needed for the activity, instruction sheets designed specifically for the Guides to read and use, as well as Leader instruction sheets detailing the skills being developed and how you can help.
This is a fantastic opportunity to bring the region together for a fun, interactive day of Guiding.
