Snoozefest 2023 returns to...Gumbuya World! Get excited for a fun night sleeping under the stars, enjoying EXCLUSIVE night time access to the park, including rides and meeting new and old Girl Guide friends! 

When | 5:30pm (Please note the earlier arrival time) Saturday 17th September to 9am Sunday 18th September **
Who | Girl Guides aged 10-17 at the time of event + Leaders
Where | Gumbuya World, 2705 Princess Highway, Tynong

 Cost for Girl Guides (10-17) | $120 per Girl Guide - includes entry, rides, other fun activities, dinner, breakfast, badge & surprise goodie! 
Registration options include: 
- Full payment upon registration
- 50% deposit upon registration & 50% balance due 2 weeks prior to the event (Friday September 1st)

Cost for your pre-purchased Limited Edition Snoozefest 2023 Beanie | $20
Cost for onsite Limited Edition Snoozefest 2023 Beanie | $25

Cost for Leaders | $30, and an optional $25 extra for leaders who want to enjoy the rides!

** A Guides Snoozefest registration cost does NOT cover Sunday Gumbuya entry. 

Registrations close Wednesday 23rd August, or sooner if the event reaches capacity.

Leaders should read the Leaders Information Booklet as well.
Both documents include important details about how Snoozefest 2023 will run. B&W versions of the booklet are available back on the event webpage.

HOW TO REGISTER & ADD YOUR LIMITED EDITION SNOOZEFEST BEANIE

 - Log in as the Guide attending the event, then click the orange  button below. 
- Youth - select either Pay in Full, or Pay Deposit registration options
- You will be presented with a series of additional questions. Please . Youth members will need to confirm their health details. 
- To take up the pre-purchase Beanie offer or discounted Sunday entry rates, please see instructions below. 
- To complete registration, click the orange  button at the bottom of this page. 
- Please double check your final shopping cart total
- Some form of payment is required to secure your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your registration has likely NOT been successful. 


HOW TO PRE-PURCHASE YOUR LIMITED EDITION SNOOZEFEST BEANIE

Remember to select the blue button next to the Beanie Merchanise option.
The purchase price is $20. On site purchase price will be $25. 

If you do not wish to pre-order a Beanie, please do NOT select this option.  

Once added, you will see next to the item. 


HOW TO PURCHASE & UTILISE THE SUNDAY DISCOUNTED GUMBUYA TICKETS
- Within 7 days of completing your Snoozefest registration, you will be manually sent a Gumbuya ticket link. 
- Tickets can only be purchased by utilising this link. 
- Do not share the link. 

** Please note, the dates for Sunship Earth 2023 and Snoozefest 2023 overlap, with Sunship Earth commencing the date that Snoozefest concludes. We are aware this may affect a small number of Guides who wish to attend both events.
Guides wishing to attend both events should contact the Sunship Earth Leader in Charge before completing their registration for Sunship Earth to make special arrival arrangements.

A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS RUN BY GIRL GUIDES VICTORIA
(As at October 2011)
  • If the event is cancelled by Girl Guides Victoria, a full refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event at least one month prior to the closing date for applications, a 90% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event less than one month before the closing date for applications, a 50% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event after the closing date for applications, no refund will be given.
You may apply for special consideration in exceptional circumstances. Such requests should be addressed to the Database Manager at Girl Guides Victoria.
