Sunship Earth is a five-night indoor camp specially designed for Guides in Grades 5 and 6. Guides will spend their time at camp outdoors exploring the wonders of the natural world.

We are all travelling at an incredible speed around the sun on a ship we call Earth. Our mission is to understand and appreciate our planet to become engaged and confident crew members. Welcome aboard!

WHO | Guides in Grades 5 & 6 at school 
WHEN | 4pm Sunday 17 September - 3pm Friday 22 September **
WHERE | Britannia Park Campsite
COST | $450 (includes program, food, accomodation)
Registration options include: 
- Full payment upon registration
- 50% deposit upon registration & 50% balance due 2 weeks prior to the event (Friday September 1st)

HOW TO REGISTER |
- Log in as the Guide attending the event, then click the orange  button below and select your registration category. 
- You will be presented with a series of additional questions. Please . Youth members will need to confirm their health details. 
- To complete registration, click the orange  button at the bottom of this page.
- Payment is required to secure your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your registration has likely NOT been successful. 

Registrations have been extended, closing on Wednesday 23 August.

** Please note, the dates for Sunship Earth 2023 and Snoozefest 2023 overlap, with Sunship Earth commencing the date that Snoozefest concludes. We are aware this may affect a small number of Guides who wish to attend both events.
Guides wishing to attend both events should contact the Sunship Earth Leader in Charge before completing their registration for Sunship Earth to make special arrival arrangements.

A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS RUN BY GIRL GUIDES VICTORIA
(As at October 2011)
  • If the event is cancelled by Girl Guides Victoria, a full refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event at least one month prior to the closing date for applications, a 90% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event less than one month before the closing date for applications, a 50% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event after the closing date for applications, no refund will be given.
You may apply for special consideration in exceptional circumstances. Such requests should be addressed to the Database Manager at Girl Guides Victoria.
