Hands up who wants something fun and engaging this coming school holidays?! 

Come join us for 5 days of indoor and outdoor fun, including an Adventure excursion.

$350 for GGV Members | $425 for non GGV Members
* The price is fully inclusive for all 5 days. Refunds will NOT be given for days or portions of days participants do not attend.)

CURRENT GGV MEMBERS

- Select either GGV Youth Member Full week or Select Your Days registration
- You will be presented with a series of additional questions. Please . GGV Youth members will need to confirm their health details. 
- To complete registration, click the orange  button at the bottom of this page. 
- Payment is required to secure your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your registration has likely NOT been successful.

NON-GGV MEMBERS

Create an account by following the 'Create a new account for non-members' as shown

- Log in using your newly created account details.
- Click the orange  button below. 
- Select Non-GGV Member Full week or Select Your Days registration
- You will be presented with a series of additional questions. Please .  
- To complete registration, click the orange  button at the bottom of this page. 
- Payment is required to secure your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation email, your registration has likely NOT been successful.

HOW DO I 'SELECT MY DAYS'? 
- Please choose the 'Select your days' registration option.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, and your desired days. Once added, you will see  next to the item.

A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS RUN BY GIRL GUIDES VICTORIA
(As at October 2011)
  • If the event is cancelled by Girl Guides Victoria, a full refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event at least one month prior to the closing date for applications, a 90% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event less than one month before the closing date for applications, a 50% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event after the closing date for applications, no refund will be given.
You may apply for special consideration in exceptional circumstances. Such requests should be addressed to the Database Manager at Girl Guides Victoria.
