Welcome to the 2023 Girl Guides Victoria AGM Registration. 

The State Commissioner Official Handover will form part of the proceedings. 

Access information will be shared with registered members after 2pm Friday May 26. 

Who: All Girl Guides Victoria Adult Members
When: Saturday May 27 4:30pm for 4:45pm commencement

How to register:
- Log in as the Girl Guide member attending the AGM, then click the orange 'Register Myself' button below.
- Although payment is not required, you need to click the orange 'Proceed to Checkout' button at the bottom of this page and then click ‘Submit Order’ on the next page to finalise your registration.
- If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please contact support@guidesvic.org.au

A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS RUN BY GIRL GUIDES VICTORIA
(As at October 2011)
  • If the event is cancelled by Girl Guides Victoria, a full refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event at least one month prior to the closing date for applications, a 90% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event less than one month before the closing date for applications, a 50% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event after the closing date for applications, no refund will be given.
You may apply for special consideration in exceptional circumstances. Such requests should be addressed to the Database Manager at Girl Guides Victoria.
