A fun and relaxing moment to connect with Olaves from around Victoria. Enjoy food and games while debating favourite campsites and reminiscing the year past.

WHO | All Victorian Olaves - 18 - 29yrs
WHEN | Saturday December 9
WHERE | Hampton Guide Hall, Hampton
ACCOMMODATION | Whilst this is not a sleepover event, accommodation is available at Hampton Guide Hall. Please nominate your requirement during registration. 

WHAT |
This is a celebratory, meet and greet event to finish out the year and bring Olave/18-29 y/o Leaders together. You will have the chance to connect with each other and/or meet other similar aged and like-minded Guides in a relaxed environment.

There will have a BBQ available and activities include:
- Mocktail making station
- Speed Dating Olave style
- Giant games set up
- Olave scrawl/paint board (something to create/write on)
- ‘Today I met’ cards

There will be Olave information boards; chill out sitting areas to chat; enjoy music, etc. Cost will cover the hall cost, food and drink purchase, any stationary.
Alcohol is BYO only.

A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS RUN BY GIRL GUIDES VICTORIA
(As at October 2011)
  • If the event is cancelled by Girl Guides Victoria, a full refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event at least one month prior to the closing date for applications, a 90% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event less than one month before the closing date for applications, a 50% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event after the closing date for applications, no refund will be given.
You may apply for special consideration in exceptional circumstances. Such requests should be addressed to the Database Manager at Girl Guides Victoria.
