YOUTH REGISTRATION FOR DOLPHIN DAY HAS NOW REACHED CAPACITY - TO BE PLACED ON THE WAITLIST, PLEASE EMAIL events@guidesvic.org.au

A terrific day for our younger Guides to try multiple water activities!
Guides will also participate in a variety of on land activities, providing opportunities to learn about marine conservation and encourage community connection. 

Guides will be grouped based on their age as they rotate between the activities and adapted to their abilities/age.  
 
WHO | Guides aged 5 - 9 yrs
WHEN | Saturday February 24 9am - 3pm
Please arrive by 9:00 am to ensure the activities can commence on time at 9:15am. 

WHERE | Guides & Scouts Water Activities Centre, Sandringham
COST | $50 for Youth

ACCOMMODATION | Available on a case-by-case basis. Guides must come with their Leader, and Leaders are to meet ratios/food/program for the sleepover. Preference given to regional Units/Regions. To book, please scroll all the way down and  Friday night accommodation. 
COST | $25 per Guide.

HOW TO REGISTER |
- Log in as the Guide attending the event, then click the orange  button below.
- Select your registration option. 
- You will be presented with a series of additional questions. Please . Youth members will need to confirm their health details.
-  Friday night accommodation if applicable and been approved. 
- To complete registration, click the orange  button at the bottom of this page.
- Payment is required to secure your youth registration.

Please note - We are currently experiencing issues with our automatic registration confirmation email system. To confirm if you have successfully registered, please return to your profile home, and select the small 'events' tab. Current and historical registrations will appear here. The 'view invoice' function is also currently experiencing issues. 
If you require a copy of the invoice, please email events@guidesvic.org.au, stating which event you wish to receive an invoice for.

A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS RUN BY GIRL GUIDES VICTORIA
(As at October 2011)
  • If the event is cancelled by Girl Guides Victoria, a full refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event at least one month prior to the closing date for applications, a 90% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event less than one month before the closing date for applications, a 50% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event after the closing date for applications, no refund will be given.
You may apply for special consideration in exceptional circumstances. Such requests should be addressed to the Database Manager at Girl Guides Victoria.
