Girl Guides Victoria warmly welcomes you to the 2024 Midsumma Pride March. 
We're excited to again participate in this fabulous event and invite you to join us for another fun filled colourful day!

YOUTH 5 - 13yrs
A reminder that GGV requires attending youth aged 13 and under, to be under the supervision of, a parent/guardian over the age of 18 OR their Guide Leader.

HOW TO REGISTER | 
CURRENT GGV MEMBERS

- Click the orange  button below. 
- Select your registration type. 
- You will be presented with a series of additional questions. Please . GGV Youth members will need to confirm their health details. 
- Whilst payment is not required for this event, please click the   orange button at the bottom of this page to complete registration. 

HOW DO I SELECT ACCOMMODATION? (only available for GGV Adults)
Accommodation is available, particularly those travelling regionally. You do not need to be attending the All Adult Gathering to utilise this accommodation. 

- Please the Friday and/or Saturday night/s as applicable. 
- Once added, you will see  next to the item/s.
- Please click the   orange button at the bottom of this page to complete registration. Please confirm the price in your shopping cart is as you expect, eg $100 or $200.   

This example shows the Adult wishes to utilise the accommodation on the Saturday night. 


 
HOW TO REGISTER |
NON-GGV MEMBERS

Create an account by following the 'Create a new account for non-members' as shown. 
A seperate account for each non-member attendee must be created, and registration completed. 


- Log in using your newly created account details.
- Click the orange  button below. 
- Select either Non-GGV Member Adult or Non-GGV Member Youth Registration. (Seperate registrations must be completed for each non-member attending).
- You will be presented with a series of additional questions. Please . 
- Whilst payment is not required for this event, please click the orange     button at the bottom of this page to complete registration.

Please note - We are currently experiencing issues with our automatic registration confirmation email system. To confirm if you have successfully registered, please return to your profile home, and select the small 'events' tab. Current and historical registrations will appear here. The 'view invoice' function is also currently experiencing issues. 
If you require a copy of the invoice, please email events@guidesvic.org.au, stating which event you wish to receive an invoice for.

By completing this registration you have acknowledged that you have been informed of the below GGV Event Cancellation Policy.

A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS RUN BY GIRL GUIDES VICTORIA
(As at October 2011)
  • If the event is cancelled by Girl Guides Victoria, a full refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event at least one month prior to the closing date for applications, a 90% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event less than one month before the closing date for applications, a 50% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event after the closing date for applications, no refund will be given.
You may apply for special consideration in exceptional circumstances. Such requests should be addressed to the Database Manager at Girl Guides Victoria.
