Becoming a Manager - Reservoir

Becoming a Manager - Reservoir
The first day of training for volunteers new to the Manager's role.

Managers are the keystones of their areas: supporting and facilitating their volunteers just as the volunteers support the girls.

This one-day training develops the practical skills of Guides management:
- administration
- communication
- finances
- property
- supporting Learning & Development

It is recommended that this training day be attended near the beginning of a new manager's journey. People skills (team-building, coaching, problem-solving) will be developed at a separate session later in the year.

Becoming a Manager training needs to be attended prior to Leading Volunteers training.

Before registering, please ensure you have read the Becoming a Manager Information Kit.

Upon registration, you will need to answer several questions to assist the Training Team. Please ensure you also click through the checkout and contact us if you do not receive a confirmation email.
