Join us for an opportunity for Trefoil Guild members to meet & reconnect, and enjoy guest speakers & activities in the company of your Sisters in Guiding.

The formal event will commence on Saturday 27 August 2022. All members of the Victorian Trefoil Guild are welcome! Download the flyer to share with your Guild.

Registration will be from 11am, with lunch commencing at 12pm. The formal program will commence at 1.30pm. This will include the AGM and guest speakers. The Changeover of Trefoil Guild Advisers will be a highlight of the afternoon. In the late afternoon, Happy Hour will precede a gala dinner with wonderful entertainment.

Sunday will feature an activity session, followed by a Guides Own. The Gathering will finish before lunch on Sunday.

The price includes: Saturday lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner; Sunday breakfast and morning tea; all activities.

Accommodation (please select below as your registration option):
- Full conference with single room accommodation for Saturday night ($395)
- Full conference with twin share accommodation for Saturday night ($325)
- Full conference with no accommodation ($225)

If you would like additional accommodation on Friday night, please select below as an additional activity. There will be no meals or activities provided until 12pm on Saturday.

Please wear your Trefoil Guild polo shirt during the day on Saturday,  and your Trefoil Guild dress in the evening (white shirt, TG scarf).

Each Guild may bring their banner to display. There will be the option to have a Trading Table – contact Jane Pennington to reserve a table.

How to register:
- Log in as yourself using your GGV membership number as your user name, then click the orange 'Register Myself' button below, and select your registration type.
- You will be presented with a series of additional questions. Please save after answering.
- If you would like to book Friday accommodation, you must select this option near the bottom of the page.
- For payment, click the orange 'Proceed to checkout' button at the bottom of this page to pay. Payment is required to secure your registration.

A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS RUN BY GIRL GUIDES VICTORIA
(As at October 2011)
  • If the event is cancelled by Girl Guides Victoria, a full refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event at least one month prior to the closing date for applications, a 90% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event less than one month before the closing date for applications, a 50% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event after the closing date for applications, no refund will be given.
You may apply for special consideration in exceptional circumstances. Such requests should be addressed to the Database Manager at Girl Guides Victoria.
