Discover how you can complete your Duke of Edinburgh's Award in 2024!

Are you aged 14-25yrs, and looking for a new challenge this year? Do you want to be recognised for your existing commitment to Guiding activities or a physical recreation, voluntary service, or skills-based activity? 
If so, the Duke of Edinburgh's Award is for you! 

Join Zoe our Duke of Ed Co-Ordinator, for an informative session about all aspects of the program.

An open forum/Q&A opportunity will conclude the evening also, so don't forget to list any questions you might have in the registration process, to help guide the discussion. 

WHEN | Thursday February 15th
TIME | 7pm - 8pm approx. 
WHERE | Online. An access link will be distributed to registrants on Wednesday February 14.  
WHO | The session is open to both our current Guiding families and Leaders, as well as prospected families, youth & adults. 

HOW TO REGISTER | 
CURRENT GGV MEMBERS
 - Log into your/your Guides profile, then click the orange 'Register Myself' button below.
- Complete the registration questions. 
- To complete checkout, click the orange button at the bottom of the page (For events that do not have a cost, you still must proceed to final checkout.)

NON-GGV MEMBERS
Create an account by following the 'Create a new account for non-members' as shown


- Log in using your newly created account details.
- Click the orange  button below. 
- Complete the registration questions.

To confirm if you have successfully registered, please return to your profile home, and select the small 'events' tab. Current and historical registrations will appear here. A CANCELLATION FEE WILL APPLY
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS RUN BY GIRL GUIDES VICTORIA
(As at October 2011)
  • If the event is cancelled by Girl Guides Victoria, a full refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event at least one month prior to the closing date for applications, a 90% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event less than one month before the closing date for applications, a 50% refund will be given.
  • If you withdraw from the event after the closing date for applications, no refund will be given.
You may apply for special consideration in exceptional circumstances. Such requests should be addressed to the Database Manager at Girl Guides Victoria.
